1. Services Overview
Konark Telecom offers cloud-based communication and connectivity solutions, including voice services, messaging, numbering resources, routing, IP transit, and related telecom platforms.
We may modify, enhance, or discontinue any service at our discretion without prior notice.
2. User Account Responsibilities
You agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

Ensure all authorized users comply with these Terms and applicable laws
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
3. Billing and Payment
Charges are based on agreed pricing models or actual service usage.
Payments are typically required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
All applicable taxes, duties, and regulatory fees are your responsibility.
4. Telecom & Messaging Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications laws and industry regulations, including:

Voice Services: No engagement in call fraud, robocalling, spoofing, toll bypass, or unauthorized traffic routing

SMS/MMS & 10DLC: Proper campaign registration, sender identification, user consent, opt-out mechanisms, and content compliance

Numbering Services: Lawful use of DIDs and toll-free numbers, accurate business representation, and adherence to regional numbering rules
Konark Telecom reserves the right to suspend or restrict services to ensure regulatory compliance and protect network integrity.
5. Acceptable Use
All services must be used in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Any violation may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of services.
6. Service Availability
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All platforms, software, and related content are the property of Konark Telecom or its licensors.
Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konark Telecom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the previous twelve (12) months.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate services in cases of:

Violation of these Terms or AUP

Non-payment or billing issues

Regulatory or compliance concerns

Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity
Upon termination, access to services may be revoked immediately.
10. Governing Principles
These Terms are governed by generally accepted international commercial practices and telecommunications standards, along with applicable local laws and regulations.
By using Konark Telecom services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
